Yes, people have done it. No, it is extremely rare and unlikely to happen. Does that change anything?Looking for those who have done it. Never asked about myself . Read fully before commenting .
Any students who transferred to another medical school? If so, what is your story and was it a length process?
also please state whether it was md to md , do to do , do to md etc...
just curious
i know many of you say its impossible but out of curiosity are there any students who have done it>

Again I’m not asking for myself
I’m just purely curious on those who have done it
it seems as though if has been done around the 3rd year interesting
You’re not really fooling anybody with the “I’m not asking for myself” thing, by the way. From a quick read through your post history, it’s obvious that you’d like to find a way to transfer to an MD school from DO. Somebody above already gave you the answer to that.NEOMED?
NEOMED?
You won't get any MD schools to take you as a transfer student from a DO school.
I have personally seen a transfer from a Caribbean school to a high ranked MD school. I don't know how it happened but it did. Person started over as an M1, so not exactly a pure "transfer."
Lightning also strikes twice and people win the lottery.

Somebody call somebody else and asks can you help my kid out?How does this happen? Does the nepotist suddenly realize, "Oops, he's at the wrong school!"?
