it is extremely extremely rare. Each dental school has its own structured curriculum, and each school is completely different from another. You must have a legitimate reason if you want to transfer (and no, a legitimate reason is not, ohh, this school is too hard)

Transferring is very rare. It is best done after 1st year and you will most likely have to repeat that year. Anywhere you go, they will always question your motive for leaving that school and wonder if you are going to be a problem for them at the new school.
