Transgenic Mice Question for Recent Step 1 Takers

Hi,

I just found this board and read through the most recent posts and I must say, great scores and I got a burst of motivation to work hard this year so thanks for that.

I am getting organized for Step 1 (mentally anyway) to take it next summer and had a Transgenic Mice question.

I do know that there are questions on mice but I have no idea how involved they expect us to get with the subject. Are they interested in lab procedures, types, models and/or uses?

Does anyone have a recomendation on a Mol. Bio. book?
