First time posting in the OT forums! My wife is an OT for the past 5+ years, mostly working in hospitals and recently Long term acute care. Recently, she received an offer to work in home health through a hospital system which sounds pretty nice. With any big life transition though, she is nervious and trying to get more information before she decides to make the change...does anyone mind sharing some of the pros/cons you have found moving from a hospital setting to home health? Thanks so much for any help you can provide!
