Does anybody have any ideea what is a Translational Research Program? Looking for a nephrology fellowship I came across this program at many hospitals. Most of them are for 3 years (a year of clinical training plus 2 years of research). My questions are - does this kind of fellowship imply to get stucked in research? Do I have the alternative of working as a specialist in a hospital, too.
