Can you imagine an interview process where you could see your comments and grading of your file as the process went along? You could see where your file stood compared to those they had looked at and the cut-offs for interviews and eventually acceptances. That would be interesting.
 
Um, while that would be cool, I highly doubt such a thing will ever happen. For this reason I don't think it is really relevant to us here in pre-allo...
 
Would be REALLY awkward as an interviewer!
I can't imagine telling my interviewee how they were doing mid-interviewer...awkward. (Esp. if they're not doing so well and seem totally oblivious to it....)
 
I was told that medical school admissions are specifically designed to be as secretive as possible. Not surprising - I know quite a few people with no business being in medicine who got in with connections only.

It could be hilarious, though. Like in the open try-outs for American Idol where the people that sound like dying animals cop an attitude with Simon because their momma always tells them how well they can sing.
 
That would be like them giving out interviews to people with ridiculously low stats just to see if they say something funny.
 
Point-based systems are fun!
