Anyone know of a good source to use for information on trauma and surgery for CK? Are FA and UW enough?

Anyone know of a good source to use for information on trauma and surgery for CK? Are FA and UW enough?

I read FA and the 1st chapter in the Kaplan surgery book "Trauma" It was excellent and I actually felt that i was really prepared for those "Unrestrained passenger in a motor vehicle accident" questions. God I felt like there were about 20 of those.
