Hello,
Which programs in the east coast or in the midwest has the best trauma? The best cardiac? And the most exposure to transplants? Which has all three? Or if you could just list which programs has the best in each but may not have all three? Also do the programs have too many fellows and you wouldn't get exposure as a resident?
I hope this makes some sort of sense, I am pretty tired.

You might want to read the scutwork reviews on those programs you might be interested in, in addition to soliciting responses here. I have found several of them to be very interesting to read.

Cleveland Clinic is great for cardiac, and they are one of the busiest cardiac transplant centers in the U.S. Not sure about how their other transplant programs are ranked - I know they are in the process of expanding their liver program. No trauma at Cleveland Clinic.

Trauma:
Miami
U Maryland Shock-Trauma Center

Transplants:
I've heard the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville is pretty strong on transplants, especially liver.
