Are your typical woody trees with leaves such as a maple tree angiosperms? I'm just a little confused because they don't flower...I think.
Thanks

you don't need to think so literally as to whether you've seen a tree with flowers so it must be an angiosperm. just know that all pine trees are gymnosperms, everything else = angiosperms. in your reference of a maple tree, the "flowering" part is that they give off pollen.
