When you are finally a dentist will you be the one out of five who doesn't recommend Trident or will you cave to the peer pressure and support it?

1. sugarfree
2. has xylitol
Hahaha, I remember having to correct some guy because they said to me:
"You're a dental student and are chewing gum... you should be ashamed"
Last Thanksgiving I met this professor emeritus from UNC Dental school. This older gentleman has epic creds (actually created many dental instruments and has written several textbooks that are still used for dental materials and techniques). The first thing that struck me was that he was chewing gum! BTW, I'm stuck on Orbit also. I started chewing gum when I stopped smoking cold turkey years ago and never looked back.
Good point. By the way, does anyone know if Proctor & Gamble still sends those samples of toothbrushes, toothpastes, fixodent, etc. to people who register at their website www.dentalcare.com . I got a huge stash a few years ago but now I'm running low on fixodent.Jaws said:Depends....Will they be sending me free samples? 😀
