What condition gets worse if a patient is in status and you give anticonvulsants as the therapy?

Isoniazid OD.
therapy: pyridoxine

Depends on the type of status and the drug, really. Virtually all the antiepileptics have reports of worsening or inducing seizure activity if the wrong drug is given for the wrong seizure type.

i.e. Polypharmacy, a strategy often used in seizure control, has also revealed that many seizure disorders worsen with the addition of an additional agent.
Some examples:

Phenobarb worsens seizures in children with Lennox Gastaut syndrome.
Tegretol is classic for worsening status episodes.
Trileptal has a similar reaction to above.

Many more....

There should be stuff on PubMed.
