is this a problem. I went to medical school in florida but want to go somewhere else for residency. I want to come back to florida to practice psychiatry. Is it hard to come back to that state and get a medical license. Thanks!

However, those applying for their licenses in FL prior to graduation from residency avoid having to pay into a fund maintained by the medical board for brain injuries or something...FL also is notoriously slow in completing licensing...SO if you KNOW you're going back to FL start 9-12 months before you need to work there and then get it reissued without the "in training" qualifier for $25 after you finish residency regardless of what state you're working in for residency.
