I think your best bet is to call and ask the schools. I got my GRE scores today from my second time taking it and they did not have the scores from the other time (which I do want to be sent to the school). It turns out that if you register for the GRE with a different address than the first time, they make a new file for you. I called the ETS today about it and they were very accommodating, but the best they could do was to get the scores sent out on Tuesday. I called UC Davis then (the only school I'm applying to) and she said that as long as I'd taken the GRE before the deadline of Oct 1 that it was fine if they didn't get the scores until later. I was freaking out before that but it turned out fine.
So take a deep breath and relax and give the schools a call and see if they want the scores postmarked or received by the due date, or if it's just okay that you've taken it before then. Different schools have different rules and they may flex them a little if you're nice. 🙂
