Used a few on cervicals. Seem to work ok. What has been interesting, however, is I still get vascular uptake fairly frequently. Dye usually starts out looking good, then once enough volume has been given to fill back to the needle I then see a venous pattern. So far it has not gone to the cord, just out in random directions.
 
I've used them for a few cervical TFESI's too. Wanted to get a few to have around the office and got a quote of $450 for a box of 10.

not very encouraging. people still getting vascular uptake even with the new catheters and the cost of the equipment eats almost all your procedural profit.

Agreed ....if you cervical ILESI's are working I dont understand tinkering with it.
