I just did one of those emergency ultrasound courses and found our brief intro to TTE fascinating. At my program in Canada, the cardiologists are pretty protective of their turf and will not allow non-cardiology fellows to do it.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any places in the States that would allow a resident to do an elective to gain TTE experience for a month? Thanks.
