Yesterday I finaly received the Letter.
I got acceptance too 😀 😀 😀 !!!
Finaly I am happy.

I think I am going to accept.
Here are my stats, because I know people will ask:
PartI - 92
Part II - 89
Toefl - 263
GPA - 3.5 and 3 years experience in US(tech and assistant)

I guess I'm going to withdraw from BU now.

Hey Freinds , as I am planning to take up my part 1 in september ,I need ur kind guidance to lead me into same path of success.
As of I now I have finshed with dental decks, so I want to know which other books I should study especialy for Anatomy.I have started with Kaplan but find it too vast,So wanted to know whther I have to go through everything in Kaplan,or whether just few important chapters.

i feel that dental decks is enough, if u have some doubts refer Kaplan or text book. be thorough with decks back and front & question papers. whatever u study be thorough with it . there is another thread where they discuss about part 1 prep . u will definately find it more usefull.

have the interviews stopped in tufts? i dont see any1 called for interview recently.

thank u for the wishes. yes tufts is my first choice. but i still have to worry about the loan etc. so there is a lot of time before i actually step into tufts as part of the program! i stay in the greater boston area itself, ann. i am not sure whether they are still interviewing but last year the interviews did go on in august and early september too.

have you heard from any schools yet? good luck!

Finally I've got an acceptance letter from Tufts. long wait~~~~
It took me over 2 weeks to get a letter because I don't live in states. 😛
anyways, I'm so happy with my result. :laugh:
actually I have some questions about the documents that they sent with letter.
I've got 2 Enrollment decision forms and 4 verification of citizenship status sheets in different color.
do I have to send all 6 papers with my first money order or send each paper in separate time?( we have to pay our deposit in 3 different times, right?)
If anyone has some idea, let me know.

hi,
well i got my acceptance letter from tufts long back but was waiting for my part 2 scores which they said had to be above 80.i finally recieved my part 2 scores which is above 80 .a bit relieved now.
i have my UPENN interview on sep 8 .
thats it guys.

congratulations guys. I just have a question for you guys who got accept from Tufts. Do you guys have master or Phd degree in research field, or do you guys have many years experience? More degree or more experience are important for Tufts?
 
lihuahuang u have great scores and gpa! good luck! :luck: i think tufts looks at the whole application and not just one thing in particular. with those scores, you should be able to get in! when was your interview?
 
Thank you toothmail. I am still a little bit nervous. I don't have any other education in U.S or research experience in U.S. I only have 3-year dental assistant experience here. But I had working experience and research experience in my country. I don't know if that is enough or not. Most of you guys have a M.S or PHD degree in America, right?

H-mm, PhD, I wish I had, but no, no degree, no years of experience - I just don't think I am more different than any applicant. If you have good scores, apply early, good SOP and interview I think you'll get in too 😉
