Hi All,

I've been searching for a place to live in Boston, and I found this apartment in Beacon Hill with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for $2100. It is furnished and a 20 min. walk to Tufts. If by bus, it is 5 min from Tufts.

What do you guys think? Is it reasonable? I haven't seen the apartment yet, but I am planning to go to Boston and check it out if it is a reasonable price.

I think it is reasonable. 1 bedrooms go for about 1400 or so in that area. What complex is it or do they have any 1 bedrooms?

I think It is a house w/ maybe two floors. A lady owns it and wants to open one floor for sublease.

i don't know if they have 1 bedroom or so, but a 20 min walk is a little too long, i am thinking to turn down this.

you interested? I can give you the contact info.
