Tufts with low MCAT high GPA

Any chance at Tufts? I am a MA resident with a 3.9 GPA 505 MCAT. Got the secondary today. The first question asks
Do you wish to include any comments (in addition to those already provided in your AMCAS application) to the Admissions Committee at Tufts University School of Medicine? Would it be best to take about my interests academically with electives or discuss my low MCAT score which may be from health issues (resolved now) that I found out about 2 days before the test?

Lol i know I'm 3 months late to responding but yes you have a chance at Tufts. Did you end up getting an interview?
