Hey all,

I don't see too many posts about Tufts or even anyone who has chosen to go to this school this year.

Well, if you have, make some posts on this thread!!! I'm having trouble finding a place to live and would like to hear your thoughts concerning this (especially Posner Hall) or anything about the school itself.

Hey
I am a first year at Tufts, I live off campus, and I think it is really worth it, I hink living at Posner Hall has more cons than pros, I could understand that it is right near the school and all, but believe me you by living there you really get segregated from the non dorm people, the dorm people have their own group, and own set of rules... I mean its cool and all, that its close by and cheaper, but u r sharing common bathrooms, and kitchens, plus the rooms are very small. I would deifnately suggest living by copley or maybe near fenway, it is closer, and sometimes even cheaper if you have room mates...
Let me know if u have any other questions....

hey all,

Its looks like i'll be coming down to Tufts nxt yr......i was wondering if any1 already there could tell me about the average cost of living there per month .. Is the $3000/month figure pretty accurate or a little on the low side?

Thanks

I am paying about total 1000$-1200$ per month. This includes living, cable, electricity, heat, and groceries. I have a room-mate though, but still the cost of living for a single person would be like 1800$ max...
