Hi,
I just found out I got waitlisted at Tulane's ACP program. I'm one of the top 11 alternates. I don't understand how the letter states that the alternate list is without ranking but then I'm also one of their top 11 alternates... Is there any way I can boost my chances of admission? How soon can I expect to hear back with either a definite acceptance or rejection? Please let me know and I appreciate all advice! Thanks!

EDIT: Also, does anyone know if the alternates are notified by email or phone if they are pulled off the list? If for some reason, I can't be contacted by phone will they make sure to email me too?

I was accepted to this program yesterday and was told I had to respond by Jun 20 with my deposit. So possibly expect some movement then? I was told there were 48 applicants, so not entirely sure how many are in/are alternates/are rejected. Ms. Dawsey has been very helpful on the phone though.

Thanks, NotCrazy. Perhaps there will be some movement by the end of this month. Does anyone know if any applicants are rejected from ACP vs. put on the alternate list?
