Tulane - only accepts US Citizens?

Does Tulane only accepts US Citizens? How are the permanant residents treated? I know for most schools they are treated the same, but in MSAR there was something fishy about Tulane.

They accept everyone. They just say majority of the class should be U.S. citizen, and it is the case at every med school in U.S. For application purposes, permanent residents are considered citizens.

I emailed them and they told me that last year they had 6 international students in their class. So I think they do accept international students and non US citizens.
