Tulane vs UIC

Anyone have thoughts on Tulane vs UIC? I am in at both schools for PhD in community health. I'm having a tough time deciding - really like my both of my potential advisors. I'd like to return to the southern US at some point and work for either a foundation, for the CDC, or in academia.

Any insights would be appreciated - either regarding program specifics (rigor, research and teaching opportunities, etc) or regarding post-graduation issues (career opportunities, reputation of school, etc)
