Does anybody know the turnaround time between interview and acceptance for SUNY Downstate. Also, does the news come by email, phone, mail etc. Thanks

Ahh my long-lost friend, E'01 was not that heavily wanted by Downstate. They informed me about 5 weeks after my October 2nd interview. It came in a nice thick brown envelope. Ohh about 2 weeks after the interview I got a letter saying,
"thanks for interviewing, don't call us, we'll call you". Good luck Doppl...and congrats Watcha! I didn't know you applied there 🙂 Just curious, you're in Cali right?

Thanks you two, my interview was on the first week of nov. so I'm hoping for some sort of word soon.

ummm...i got that letter too, probably a month or so ago. i interviewed there october 2, and got the thick envelope with some love today.

i interviewed there on sept 24th and received an acceptance a month or so later...keep your fingers crossed
ps. it was a thick envelope

good luck

WatchaMaCallit,
I also got the same letter 3 weeks after my interview. It's been 3 weeks since. Do you think it is a generic letter or does it actually mean something?
Thanks
