Is it advisable to take the tutorial? I mean, not actually take it but probably organize a scratch paper or just relax for those 15 minutes. What's the advice? Those 15 minutes don't get added anywhere, do they?

I believe they get added to your break so if u skip tutorial you get 15 min longer break
