call this no. 1-800-533-8850. most of the courses offered by Kaplan are self studying. i mean they will give you books and a schedule to watch the videos relevant to that subject. . So you can listen to the tutor when you will play that video on TV. there is no live tutoring for nbde, I am familiar of. Call the phone no. they will guide you. wish u good luck
