Let's say you perform a hip bursa injection, then a glut TPI. Same visit. Do you bill BOTH bursa (20610) and trigger point (20552). If not, how do you bill?

if this is a medicare patient, be careful doing 2 procedures at one time.

medicare does not "allow" more than 1 procedure of certain kinds to be done at the same time unless there are extenuating circumstances (holding anticoagulation, for example). injections included in this are facet procedures, epidurals, sacroiliac injections....
