hey sicilianmd--

Just wanted to wish you luck with Step I--exhausting Q-bank--that is a big deal!!!

By the way I dig your username--cuz in my book there are only 2 kinds of people, those that ARE Italian and those that WANT TO BE Italian.

Good luck and keep reviewing, don't let those little pearls of wisdom slip away.

The ice cap is melting slower than previously thought. Hope that brightens your day.

Monsignior siciliano,

CBT is so cool. You'll have plenty of time to answer the Qs. You won't have to use the labs more than once or twice. QBank is much harder than the real thing.

Once in a while they'll throw in a ridiculously hard question. Zap by it and smile.

Just stay positive.

Oh, and the practice session...... I think I got all of mine wrong. Don't sweat it, the real deal is easier.

65% on Qbank is awesome!
Remember its not us against them, "they" could care less, just keep in mind that one of the answers in front of you is the corrrect one!
Good luck

Seriously. From talking to friends, the Q-Bank score has a poor correlation of score with the real thing. I got similar scores and got a 245, others got 220, others got 270+.

But, your Q-Bank score has a very good correlation with passing... I don't know what your goal is, but you shouldn't freak out about failing.

You did the right thing... lots of practice questions. Make sure your review First Aid's "med side effects" and high yield section the night before the test.

Good luck,
mike

i would just like to say thank you to all of you that took the time to brighten my day, and pull me out of my studying lul....
