I am a nontraditional student (finished school a few years ago w a business major and decided to come back) and I did all my bio, physics, chem and o-chem prereqs within the last school year and I am just curious for if anyone feels having all these classes recently and two weeks to prepare would be enough time to prepare for the DAT and do well. I got all A's in the classes except for biology (always have had trouble with biology for some reason). I don't have any commitments now, so the amount of studying can be around 10-12 hours a day easily. I have taken a few practice tests on the PAT portion and consistently am getting in the 20s on CDP, which I know will go up with practice. I do not have enough time to order and wait for the Destroyer book to get here, so I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for biology since I seem to struggle there so much. And if anyone could guide me in the right direction for O-Chem. I was told to use the ACS study guide as it covers a lot more in detail than what the DAT will cover. I don't foresee Gen Chem being too difficult, but any tips there as well? I really am hoping to get in somewhere next year and don't want to have to wait a whole year to apply, but I also don't want to waste an attempt at the DAT. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks
