Not sure if the app is the same as last year - but after we filled out the information on AADSAS, then it gave us a .pdf that matched with the school's information that we had given. AADSAS took care of having the information typed onto the Transcript Matching Form and even had a unique barcode for each school that we submitted.
Best thing is to check with the information office. I found just making a simple phone call really helpful and often more accurate than students (this includes yours truly!) b/c they are frequently updating/changing their methods every year and they are more up to date on that.
