What kind of heat transfer is evaporative cooling?

Convection? Conduction? I want to say heat from a body conducts to water which then evaporates. But I don't know if that's right. On a windy day it feels colder getting out of the pool, so that seems to imply forced convection has a role. What do you guys think?

It depends how you're evaporating the substance. If it's by the sun, radiation. If it's water in a pool and the bottom surface is heating it, conduction. If it's an indoor pool and you turn the room temperature up, I believe that would be an example of convection but not totally sure on that one.
