what typodont do we need to use for ucla ,michigan .please some one kindly guide me .i think there are different kinds of columbia typodont .what is the correct one to be used for the exam .
where else can we purchase the typodont if i dont find in the forum .
please someone guide

UCLA uses columbia 862. Do not know about other schools. you can get it from the columbia dentform website.

I would recommend that u use same typodont to practice at home because the occlusal anatomy varies in diff types of typodonts therefore practice on the same one as much as possible. That is not to say that u buy all the ones being used by different schools! Regarding burs ...u need diamonds for crown preps and carbide for Class 2. Some schools will allow bench top and others use the manniquin head with the typodont. Ask around on this forum for the latest in regards to this
