Epinenpherine/norepinephrine are the two tyrosine derivatives that behave like peptide hormones with respect to being lipid insoluble/ hydrophilic. The only ones that diffuse through plasma membranes are steroids of course because they are hydrophobic and the Thyroid hormones that are also tyrosine derivates.

So technically tyrosine derivate hormones consists of two kinds the lipid insoluble and lipid soluble proteins. 👍
