U MD vs Tufts (MD/ MPH)

If money is not a criteria, which is a better one?

Tufts is 4 years, U MD is 5 years ( but cheaper).
Peds not a residency option at Tufts.

No way I’m doing 5 years of this. Give me Tufts all day. You also have to keep in mind that it’s an extra year of attending salary, so even if there is no difference in tuition between 4 vs 5 years, there are still hundreds of thousands of dollars saying to finish as quickly as possible.

I don’t think there’s any prestige difference here. If your family is all in MD, then of course your support system is a big factor, but I still think I would prioritize the time difference.
