and a wait list isnt bad! dont they take alot of students off their wait list? i too am curious to know if anyone got accepted from the 12/8 notification.

Has anyone that was waitlisted at UM get accepted yet? I wonder how long it takes for them to re-review your file?

franz f. rox u should check out the killers and the faint. i interviewed the same day. so maybe there is hope in the world? 😕 sigh. it just seemed to me that so many ppl gettin in found out RIGHT AWAY

i like the killers too but havent heard the faint. i'll check it out.

yup, some people heard they were accepted the day after their interview, so i know how you feel. but on the paper from the office, they set the decision date for 11/19 as 12/24. so its still early and there's always still hope! on the interview day, i wrote down that last yr they interviewed ~800, accepted ~370. so its about half.

as for if i'll end up there... dunno yet. when i was in michigan, i was freezing. and students cheerfully told me that it was 10-15 degrees *warmer* than usual for that time of year. 😕 i'm trying to factor in the impact of seasonal depression.
