here's what the exam is abt and wht u need to do:
1) preps... they tend to change the preps they ask for every year( its abt the only school tht does tht)
u will have to prep on mannequins and ull have a couple of them...class 2, class 3, PFM , amalgam fills, mods, probably gold crowns...
2) u will have a written test....
you will be provided with pt. charts, models , radiographs and u need to extrapolate ur answers from therein.
yes, there is sure to be atleast 1 RPD case, undoubtedly ....
skim through ur part 2 decks..... a perfunctory glance shd suffice...KNOW ur basics well so u can analyse and interpret well... learning verbatim wont help at all...
3) MMIs
well, these r pretty staight forward
2 stations verbal interviews
ull have to discuss a scenerio u r presented with ... last year it was ethic based.
the other will be a personal interview.
u will have 2 stations where u have to cite ur opinion on a certain issue( this is not a knowledge based q, its ABT WHT U THINK ... ur take /perspective on a certain issue)....
last year they interviewed 24 students...i think they dont call in students, in excess of 35.....
