Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knew approximately when the reference forms for the vet school in Calgary were posted online for last year's application?
Thank you!

I believe it was sometime in October, but I don't remember exactly when.

Hi,
I believe I heard something the other day about the application being posted online in mid october. It should be online soon. Last year it was up early October.

Hey, UCVM has started to post application info. They made a few changes that they no longer look at your best two years for admission average but instead look at your last two undergrad years. The min is still 3.0 for consideration for an interview but I know last year for a fact that people above that were denied interviews because they invited based on ranking applicant by gpa then inviitng the top 120. And i know that the class average on the best two years for the class of 2014 is prob at the lowest about a 3.5 just based on what i know about my clasmates. But that being said I know there are atleast a couple people lower (including myself) who were accepted because we had amazing interviews and essays that bumped our admission scores high enough.

Good Luck!

Heres what the website states:

You must have a minimum average of 3.0 (B or its equivalent) in the last two full time years. A full academic year is defined as a minimum of 4 courses per term, and 2 complete terms (semesters).
On the following required courses students must attain an overall average of 2.7 (B- or its equivalent) or above with a passing grade in each of the courses. You must have completed or be in the process of completed the 10 required courses. In-progress courses must be completed by the end of April 2011.
