Is there anyone else out there who is going to be interviewing this month at UABSO? Mine is Feb. 24th. Does anyone know much about the program or UAB or the area, I've only been around the school once. I will be taking the OAT on Feb. 10th, my GPA is 3.7 but I haven't taken O.Chem, kind of just teaching it to myself. Are there any tips for this year's OAT exam? I've been studying my butt off for about 2 months straight but I'm getting kind of antsy, the closer it gets. Any input is appreciated.

Just get used to the long format of the exam - take lots of full practice test towards the end so you don't tire out from the long duration of it like I did 🙂

I used the Kaplan to study. OAT is fairly easy, but can be very random.There are couple of free examples you can find online for sample test. UABSO is a great school (C/o 2016)! Don't worry about the interview. It was open file with Dr. Simon, then close file panel with 3 other professors. Then touring/lunch. It was a very very relaxing day b/c everyone was very welcoming.
