I did my undergrad degree at UBC. For a first year, two term Chemistry course with lab, is that considered 3 credit hours or 4 credit hours on the AADSAS application? The lecture was three hours per week each term and the lab was three hours per week each term. Thanks.

I'm not sure what they consider it, I also go to UBC, but a couple of people that I know that have applied to american schools say that if you have the pre reqs for UBC dent done, you are fine for american schools (ie chem 121, 123, 205, 233, 235). Sometimes the american schools will ask the chem department for a letter, letting them now that those chem courses are equivalents to their requirements.

Thanks. Is there any UBC grad here that knows on the AADSAS application, do I list it a 6-credit Chemistry course that included lab as 6 credit hours or 8 credit hours (since it included lab)?

List as what it says on the trascript
ie (chem 121 and 123 each has 4 credits, so list them as 4 credits each)
Chem 233 and Chem 235 are separate, and list them as separate
if your chem course has only 3 credits including the lab, then list it as 3 credits
