UC Davis for pre-med?

I got admitted to UC Davis, which was my top choice school. However, I got admitted to UC Santa Barbara, and I am waiting for decisions from UCLA and UC Irvine. I would just like to know if choosing UC Davis would be the best decision. I know Davis has a lot of opportunities for pre-med students.
