Just came cross UC Denver's predental program. It is a one year program and guarantees you to its dental program if you pass the qualifications. Is anyone familiar with this program? Any similar programs around?
I have a foreign BS in Biochemistry and a US PhD in Biochemistry. I have 16 research paper published (6 first authored). My BS GPA is quite low, 2.5/4.0 and I don't have the prerequisite courses taken in US/Canada. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

FYI I contacted the director of this program, and my skin color excludes me from entering it.

I called about that program last fall. They asked for my information and looked me up to make sure I had been rejected (because those who were rejected were the only ones who qualified according to the website). Then the lady on the phone became very quiet and told me that because I was white I couldn't apply. Those who represent "ethnic diversity" and have been rejected from the school previously are the only ones who qualify. I was not amused.
