UC grads... help please on class retakes

I graduated from a UC 3 years ago. When I decided I wanted to pursue medicine, I realized I had to retake classes. The upper division science classes that I needed to retake does not have any equivalent course in the other schools around me so I decided retaking it through my UC extension was the best choice (plus, as you guys know, we can't take classes through the main campus if you're not a current student). These are my problems:

1. when I tried to transfer my retaken classes to the main campus so that it'll show in my transcript, they told me that this is not possible because I'm an alumni. Anyone else with the same problem? Also, how am I supposed to list such classes in my AACOMAS app? Because I know there's no option for the extension in the app.

2. I also retook 1 lower div class in a CC. How do I list this as a retake from my UC class? For ex:
UC= Bio5 - Intro to Bio (R01)
CC= Bio1 - Intro to Bio (L01)
Is this right?

It's true. You can't transfer any courses to your UC transcript once graduated. I took some classes at CSU through extension after graduated from UC. You just have to submit transcript separately from each school to AACOMAS. On the app, you just have to list the courses under different school. GPA will be calculated all together regardless of where you take your courses.

UC= Bio5 - Intro to Bio (R01)
CC= Bio1 - Intro to Bio (L01)
Is this right?

You don't need to specifically do anything that specify the course is a retake. Just list bio5 under UC and bio1 under CC. AACOMAS will sum it all up to calculate your GPA.

Bigyihoroi, I think what the OP is trying to do is taking advantage of the grade replacement instead of having both classes averaged. It's a good question.

oh ok. so i guess all UC's do this and i thought it was just mine. they kept giving me the run around that's why and i was frustrated. but how do i list these courses in my primary app? i took it through the extension office of my UC, but there's no option to choose an extension school for the primary. how am i supposed to list these courses? do i just add them under my UC and list them as Post-grad?

actually, Triage is right. I'm trying to take advantage of the grade replacement, it's just that i retook the equivalent course in a different school so I wanted to make sure that i'm doing the R01 and L01 assignments right.
