UCI Alternate List email

I just got an email from UCI saying I was put on their alternate list..no big surprise...

Yup same here...so sick of all these alternate/waiting lists. A funny thing happened before getting that email. I first got a notification saying that the school can't offer me an interview at this time but it doesn't mean they're rejecting me... what the #$%$#!!

Did you get put on the alternate list directly after interviewing, or were you put on "hold" first? I'm still trying to get a sense of how many hold people have been re-reviewed already.

I was not ever put on hold. But I interviewed pretty late..so that's probably why.

Mine was in late March.. so I don't think there was any time to put me on hold...

I interviewed on 04/04, and no waitlist e-mail yet. When were you guys interviewed?

I still haven't heard from UCI... I interviewed 3/21 (I think). Did I interview later than you guys?
