I got acceptance call this morning. anyone else?
I am almost decided to go to UTHSCSA. But the UCLA big name is tempting me even though I didn't have that good impression of the school...

I am happy for you and think you deserve it. I am sure whatever you decide you will do just fine and make the best out of it. Judging from what you have posted they are both excellent schools and whichever you choose it will be a very good experience. Just follow your heart and choose the one where you think you would be the happiest. After all, you are already a dentist and have a great resume. All you need now is to review how things are done here in the US and get the diploma that will allow you to work as a dentist.
