ucla interview feedback?

hi 🙂 i had my interview on Nov. 8. the day basically went like this:

8:15 gotta check in by this time. if your room is the same room that i went to, it's downstairs on the A level (which i liken to a basement). I was one of the last to arrive and there were a total of about 15 ppl including myself present. There's a continental breakfast available.

Dr. Bruce Sanders and Dr. Carol Bibb then come in to talk about the school. Then we had 30 min. or so to do an essay (which your interviewer will have access to later cuz my interviewer discussed mine with me).

Then there was financial aid talk for another 30 min.

then during the next hour, they split you guys in to two groups. one group will do interviews first and the other group will do a tour/lab coat measuring first. so that part lasts for 30 min. then the groups switch places.

My interview was with a faculty member and it was surprisingly super chill and very personable. It was really relaxing and enjoyable actually. We talked about a lot of random things and my interviewer didn't ask me any of the typical interview questions I was anticipating.

& the last part - the informal Q&A with dental students brought in.

and then that's it! no lunch 😛 and I went to class (i'm from ucla).

good luck 🙂
