So for the pages where you have to list your dental/non-dental experiences, they only give you 5 spaces. if you have more than that should you add additional pages of your own, like they say you can?

also, will they actually contact the ppl you list? i highly doubt a supervisor i used to work with at a pool is still there ...
 
You should definitely add additional pages. I don't see any reason not to, do you?

I was wondering if they actually go through and call everyone, too. Or what proper etiquette is, are you supposed to call your old bosses and give them a heads up? Enh. Anyone know?
 
You could use some extra space on the last page to add whatever you want, or just attach another full page with a written explanation.

I dont think that they would call everybody, unless something sounds very suspicious or odd on the rest of your application. 👍

Most of my volunteering things were through clubs so I just listed clubs and then explained the various activities I did in the additional comments section.
