UCLA secondary question

I received a secondary app request on july 20 from ucla. i didn't do it because they didn't get my scores till a week and a half ago or so. i looked and they said that it is HIGHLY recommended that i turn it back in within 3 weeks. is it still worth it to fill it out and send it after almost seven weeks?

Its possible they'll put a special sticker on yours for being mailed in post-3 weeks.
