UCLA gives 2 week to finish the secondary application

but do they mean by "arrival" of secondaries in 2 weeks or is it okay to get postmark in 2 weeks?

what about transcripts (including high school transcript)? do they need to be delievered in 2 weeks as well?

Just get things turned in (including your high school transcripts) asap. I don't think they'll mind if it's a day or two late, but don't wait around to get it done. Good luck!!
