i'm filling out the secondary app for ucla, which is a .doc application. they say they prefer it to be typed, but when you type into it, your text displaces the underline made for the answer and it messes up the formatting. i delete enough of the underline to make it look kinda normal again, and then underline the entire thing, which kinda throws my printer off. what are you guys doing for this? so meticulous lol

such a pain! keep Word on 'insert' and use [ctrl + u] to underline what you write, that generally makes it work the best. took me so long to do it too, good luck!
