UCLA, UCSD, Yale?

not first hand knowledge, but out of all those programs you listed, I'd personally go with UCLA.

You can't go wrong with those options; they are all great programs. I was just stating my personal preference based on research, curriculum, and location...nothing based on anything i heard from the rumor mill.

Talk to your chair or PD. UCLA's faculty is really young, and the programs reputation is based on UCLA not the program.

Interviewed at all of those programs and of the three I placed UCSD at the top and UCLA at the bottom. agree with Derm0505 on this one. I am a big proponent of research and I think whether you look at it from a clinical or research perspective, it goes UCSD, Yale, UCLA. I'm well aware of the STAR program at UCLA as I'm saying this. PM for more details...

Personally , I ended up ranking UCSD pretty high and over Yale and UCLA.
