hello friends,
i have a choice b/w UCLA & upenn.
i have already paid my 5000$ deposit at UCLA.
& yesterday i got a call from PENN.
i am stuck with decision making now,
any thoughts on what should i chose???
help required,
all inputs welcome

Hi
I can understand your situation as both of them are very good schools. Apart from the program it self you should compare the tution fees, living expenses (I think LA is little expensive than Philly though I am not sure), any family members in LA or Philly and weather (weather in LA is better).

Both schools are best school in USA. You can choose any school but you will never regret in any decision. So, I recommend you never think about school and consider only your personal situation such as housing, family, friends... so on... For example, I heard it is somewhat dangerous around Upenn, but also housing is more expensive around UCLA.
